Shipping Policy – Moose & Pine

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You may request changes to your shipping address before your order has been processed and shipped by contacting us at info.moosepine@gmail.com.

  • Once your order is processed or shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.

  • After shipping, the order cannot be canceled or recalled.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 6–10 business days (average)

  • Maximum delivery time: up to 30 days, depending on customs clearance and local carrier delays.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, or strikes.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • Carrier details

  • A link to track your shipment online

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.


4. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

  • All orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners in China.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These fees are not included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • If customs fees are not paid and the package is returned or destroyed, no refund will be issued.


5. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at info.moosepine@gmail.com.

  • Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed and shipped.

  • Once the order is shipped, no address changes are possible, and Moose & Pine cannot be held responsible for delivery errors.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Moose & Pine is not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details,

  • Unclaimed packages, or

  • Delivery refusals by the recipient.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package.


7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

  • Moose & Pine is not liable for:

    • Packages marked as delivered but not received,

    • Delays caused by the carrier or customs,

    • Packages lost after confirmed delivery.

Tip: Use a secure delivery address and regularly track your shipment to avoid issues.


8. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

  • Promotional offers such as “Free Shipping” apply only when explicitly stated.
