These Terms, along with any policies posted on the site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of The Netherlands.

SECTION 19 – SHIPPING POLICY

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

  • Shipping times are estimates:

    • Standard shipping: 6–10 business days on average

    • Maximum delivery time: up to 30 days depending on customs and local carrier delays

  • All shipments are fulfilled by our independent suppliers in China.

  • Moose & Pine is not responsible for customs delays, import taxes, or fees. These costs are fully the responsibility of the customer.

  • If customs fees are not paid and the package is returned or destroyed, no refund will be issued.

  • Address changes are only possible before processing and shipping. Once shipped, no changes can be made.

SECTION 20 – RETURN POLICY

  • You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Returns are only accepted with prior authorization. Contact info.moosepine@gmail.com for instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and undamaged

    • In their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included

    • Free of odors, stains, or alterations not caused by us

  • Final Sale items (discounted 60% or more) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

  • Return shipping and customs fees are fully the customer's responsibility.

  • We strongly recommend Track & Trace shipping. Returns without tracking cannot be refunded.

  • Returns that are lost, delayed, or refused by customs will not be refunded.

SECTION 21 – REFUNDS

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days and sent to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time depends on your payment provider:

    • Credit/Debit Card (Shopify Payments): 2–6 business days

    • PayPal: 24–48 hours

    • Other methods: 2–10 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • If part of a promotional order is returned, discounts will be recalculated and may reduce the refund amount.

  • If a partial return causes your order to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
